DuoGen at the Southampton Boat Show

You can now find the DuoGen and D400 at the heart of the Southampton Boat Show, on stand G042 in Ocean Hall. That's at the eastern end of the central aisle, opposite the Marine Super Store. Ocean Hall is in the Park area, adjacent to the Marina. (Interactive Southampton Boat Show Map.)
There you can examine the DuoGen, star product of the 2005 ARC gear review in Yachting World magazine. Also on display will be the much praised D400 wind generator, described by an Australian customer as “the greatest piece of electrical equipment on my boat, a wind generator ….. that lives up to its claims by producing 400 watts and very quiet.”
Visitors to our stand at the London Boat Show were keen to find out more about the StealthGen, our newest turbine for roof top installation, to supplement domestic power supply. This system has been chosen by Conservative Party Leader David Cameron for his London home. There'll be a StealthGen displayed on the stand, and you can discuss the options with our team.
We look forward to welcoming you to our more spacious stand and telling you more about our great products.

The Southampton Boat Show 2006

This year’s Show runs from 15th to 24th September in its usual home, Mayflower Park . It is open daily from 10am to 7pm closing at 6pm on the final day.
There's a Treasure Island theme this year. The ‘beach’, that was such a success in 2005, is back and better than ever, with live music, food, demonstrations and competitions. There is even special entertainment for the kids on the ‘Pirate Jetty’.
Southampton is always special because of the marina full of boats in all shapes and sizes. Visitors can climb aboard the tall ships, ‘Lord Nelson’ and ‘Tenacious’, try a selection of the latest power boats and yachts, even join the crew of an Americas Cup racing yacht! Something new, and very special, is the whale research vessel, ‘Song of the Whale’, where you can learn all about these wonderful marine mammals.
As ever, there are lots of places to eat and drink, and over 600 exhibitors with all the latest equipment and new products.
It promises to be a great show. Book in advance at www.southamptonboatshow.com, or phone 0870 060 0246.

D400 in the Great Belt

The Royal Danish Administration of Navigation and Hydrography have had a D400 wind turbine on trial, and have found it to be so effective, that the turbines have been chosen to power lighthouses and navigation buoys in Danish waters. Below are some of the most unusual customer pictures we have been sent, showing installation on a lighthouse in the deep water route of the Great Belt to the Baltic Sea.
